An order acknowledgement is not, by itself, acceptance of your order; the point of acceptance and cancellation procedure will be confirmed before sales start. Shopify provides checkout and payment processing, while the trader operating BLOCK FIVE remains responsible for your order, delivery and consumer rights. Delivery, cancellation, returns and refunds are explained in our Shipping & Returns policy, and nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights for faulty, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods. Use this website lawfully and do not misuse its content or systems. Signing up for emails is optional and is not a condition of buying.
